Cookie policy

What this website stores in your browser and how to manage it.

Effective and last updated: October 16, 2026

This website uses essential inquiry sessions and Microsoft Advertising UET for advertising measurement. Advertising cookies start denied; you can allow or reject them through Cookie settings.

1. Essential inquiry sessions

A first-party essential security cookie named rbf_form_gate validates the form security token and expires after approximately 30 minutes. It contains a random value, issue time, and server signature; it does not contain your name, phone number, email address, or trip details.

When you use the online inquiry service, the server may set a first-party session cookie named rbf_inquiry. It connects your browser to a temporary server session used for secure submission, duplicate-request protection, and showing your verified inquiry receipt.

The cookie contains a session identifier rather than your trip, phone number, or email address. Related request information is handled on the server as explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Session duration

The cookie is configured as a session cookie without a fixed calendar expiry. Browser settings, session restoration, and the server session configuration can affect how long it remains available. Security tokens and the online receipt are designed to expire after approximately 30 minutes.

Closing a browser does not necessarily erase a session when its restore feature is enabled. You can delete site cookies through your browser settings.

3. Advertising and analytics

Microsoft UET measures visits and advertising attribution. With advertising cookies allowed, it can use identifiers such as _uetsid, _uetvid, _uetmsclkid, and Microsoft cookies such as MUID. Cookie duration and availability depend on Microsoft's current configuration and browser controls; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

The site starts UET with advertising-cookie consent denied. Limited measurement can occur without advertising cookies before you choose. Selecting “Allow optional measurement” sends a granted consent signal. Selecting “Reject optional measurement” sends denied, removes accessible first-party UET identifiers, and sets Microsoft's _uetmsdns event-suppression cookie. Microsoft-domain cookies are managed through Microsoft or your browser.

Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are not included. Our code does not add inquiry field values to page URLs or custom UET event parameters.

4. Your browser choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the essential session cookie can stop secure online submission or prevent the verified receipt from displaying. You can still read the site and contact Explore Flights Aerodeals by phone or post.

Use to allow or reject advertising cookies. The essential preference cookie efa_uet_343280468_preference remembers the choice for up to 180 days, subject to browser limits. A rejection also sets _uetmsdns for up to 180 days. The controls remain available in the footer on every page.

Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from sending a travel inquiry. Clearing the preference and notice cookies can make the notice appear again.

The top notice is informational and never blocks the form or phone links. Selecting OK, closing it, pressing Escape within it, or continuing to browse does not allow optional cookies or change a saved choice. The essential first-party efa_uet_343280468_notice cookie records only v1.seen for up to 180 days to remember dismissal; it is not a visitor identifier or an advertising-consent record. Cookie settings remain available after dismissal.

This page will be updated if the website's technologies change.

With optional measurement allowed, a first-party active-page counter sends a random page identifier and a recent activity time while the page is visible. The identifier stays only in page memory, not cookies or browser storage; a reload or another tab may count separately. Entries stop contributing after90 seconds. The counter stores no name, contact details, trip fields or page address. It stops when optional measurement is rejected or Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. The count is an estimate, not a verified count of people.
